Harborview Restaurant & Bar — Busser (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $19.18 Hourly + Tip Pool

Start Date: Immediately

About Us

Harborview Restaurant & Bar is a Michelin-recognized Cantonese restaurant offering elevated dining, exceptional service, and panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay. We are seeking motivated and dependable team members to join our Front of House service team.

Position: Busser

Responsibilities:

• Support servers and captains in maintaining an exceptional guest experience
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and neatly
• Run food, water, tea, and other items to guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service stations
• Assist with stocking, polishing utensils/glassware, and other side work
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold Harborview’s hospitality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate with customers in either English or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

職位要求：

• 必須能以英文或中文（粵語或普通話）與客人溝通
• 有餐飲經驗者優先，但非必要
• 工作態度良好、守時、有責任心
• 能於繁忙時段處理多項工作
• 需能配合週末及節假日班次
• 能長時間站立及搬動約 25 磅物品
