Title: Infor CloudSuite Admin

Location: Remote - Philadelphia, PA; Candidates ideally live in NJ, PA, DE, MD to go onsite once per month or less but not required

Contract: W2 only, 6-month contract to hire

Pay: $90,000-$100,000/year

Overview

This role involves supporting the transition from Lawson to Infor CloudSuite WFM as part of a long-term project. The candidate will participate in a semi-agile development workflow, administer CloudSuite products, and assist with system troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in semi-agile development workflows using Scrum/Kanban methodologies with Jira.
• Manage and administer Async processes within the CloudSuite environment.
• Oversee and maintain ION administration, integrations, and related workflows.
• Handle effective-dated request maintenance and ensure data accuracy across modules.
• Perform user administration, including setup, configuration, and access changes.
• Build, maintain, and manage security roles and UI Access Control configurations.
• Administer APIs, including configuration, troubleshooting, and access governance.
• Administer CloudSuite WFM, Financials & Supply Management (FSM), and Global Human Resources (GHR) modules.
• Manage and administer business processes via CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, and workflows.
• Administer reports through CloudSuite lists and SSRS, supporting the conversion from Crystal Reports.
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, Q&A, and review related to the system for business leads.
• Contribute to the build-out of a central documentation knowledge base using Confluence.
• Support the transition from Lawson to CloudSuite, with a focus on configuration console and IPA experience.
• Assist in training and provide root cause analysis troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lawson to CloudSuite migration projects.

• Ability to work remotely with minimal onsite presence, ideally in PA or within three hours of Philadelphia.
• Experience supporting both DevOps and implementation phases during a multi-year project.
