TEMP TO HIRE - (PAY RATE INCREASES AFTER 3 MONTHS) - ONSITE COORDINATOR TRAINEE!

Site Manager Trainee will be supervising the staff to Load, Unload and organize materials for construction projects. Key responsibilities include checking bill of ladings and verifying shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the yard is clean, safe, and organized. The role often requires working in various weather conditions, and interacting with customers, drivers, and coworkers.

• Supervises the staff inn keeping yard safe and organized by storing materials properly and ensuring clear access.
• Assist with inventory control, perform cycle counts, and manage stock levels in the yard and warehouse.
• Supervises orders pulled, stage materials for delivery or pickup, and oversees shipment fulfilment .
• Receive and inspect incoming freight, check for damage, and verify quantities against bill of ladings & purchase orders.
• Follow all safety procedures, perform routine equipment checks, and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, customers, and drivers.
• Process and distribute shipment paperwork, log daily moves, and use computer systems to track inventory status.
