Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Maintenance person/Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside/inside maintenance and cooking. This role is essential in keeping the place spotless and delivering high-quality meals. The Grill Cook will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service while adhering to food safety guidelines. Responsibilities

• Take out all trash and cardboard, clean the parking lot, power wash/scrub front door sidewalks/back door sidewalk/drive thru concrete/trash area concrete, put away food/paper/chemical supply orders, clean fryers/filter fryers, clean grill, sweep and mop all inside floors.
• Complete additional daily and weekly cleaning as instructed
• Complete food orders
• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and fried items
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional food service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Previous maintenance experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail regarding food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
