The Resident Care Manager (LPN) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of residents, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. This position serves as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers, and plays a critical role in coordinating admissions, managing clinical operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Resident Care Manager must be a licensed RN or LPN. Experience in Memory Care is preferred.
