Description We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Midland, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the utilities/infrastructure industry. The role involves managing essential dispatch operations and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Answer and manage incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. - Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations efficiently. - Create and maintain service tickets, ensuring accurate documentation. - Generate invoices and verify their accuracy before submission. - Input and update data in system databases with precision and attention to detail. - Track and manage inventory of equipment to ensure availability. - Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch processes and resolve issues. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all dispatch activities. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs effectively. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching or a related role. - Proficiency in data entry, including numeric and computer-based entry. - Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. - Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
