Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Greater Louisville Area

115-130k plus 10% bonus target

Provide EHS program leadership to an operating facility in the La Grange, Kentucky area. This is an opportunity to work for an operating company with an excellent reputation. You will report directly to the Site Manager and then indirectly to the EHS Corporate Director. This site has over 5 years with no OSHA recordables. Strong benefits package. • Monitor and prevent EHS hazards
• Develop and implement EHS program and policies
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Develop long range plans and continuous improvement plans
• Manage all plant permitting
• Oversee waste management
• Develop and administer training programs
• Support PSM and RMP

BS Degree and 5 + years of experience. You must have experience in an operating facility such as Pulp and Paper, Chemicals, Refining, Oil/gas, ceramics, glass.
