The EHS Manager will lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our Service Centers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct industrial hygiene investigations, noise surveys, and air quality assessments
• Implement and sustain corporate EHS systems, tools, and applications
• Provide emergency response support and lead adverse weather planning
• Manage environmental reporting (TIER II, waste reporting) and regulatory compliance
• Oversee EHS management systems (Gensuite) and conduct compliance audits
• Participate in MOC reviews, HAZOPs, and FMEAs
• Develop and deliver safety training and orientation programs
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies
• Interface with regulatory agencies and maintain ISO certifications
• Mentor site safety champions and build positive cross-functional relationships
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• 5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, air/wastewater permitting, and hazardous waste management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with EHS management systems and root cause analysis methods
• Certification (CHMM, CSP, CIH, QISP) preferred
• Willingness to work in industrial environments, confined spaces, and travel (20%) as needed.
