JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive & Life Coach
Job Title:
Executive & Life Coach – TLC Wellness
Location: Audubon, PA + Hybrid/Virtual Options
About TLC Wellness: TLC Wellness is a growing, mission-driven practice committed to supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations through evidence-informed coaching and wellness services. We partner with schools, businesses, and community organizations to strengthen performance, leadership, communication, and resilience across the lifespan.
We value curiosity, personal growth, empowerment, and transformational change. As we expand our coaching division, we are seeking a dynamic coach who can work with individuals and teams in both personal and professional development contexts.
What This Role Is:
This is a flexible coaching role serving adults, professionals, and organizations. Clients may include executives, managers, educators, small teams, emerging leaders, and individuals seeking personal or career growth.
You’ll design and deliver coaching that enhances performance, communication, mindset, leadership capacity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to adults on leadership, communication, career development, stress management, and personal/professional growth.
  • Facilitate team-based or organizational coaching, including conflict resolution, communication improvement, strengths-based development, and group facilitation.
  • Support clients in setting goals, identifying blocks, developing insight, and implementing sustainable action steps.
  • Conduct needs assessments with organizational partners to tailor coaching services.
  • Design and deliver workshops, trainings, or retreats for businesses, schools, and community agencies (optional based on skillset).
  • Maintain organized documentation of sessions, goals, and progress.
  • Collaborate with TLC Wellness’s leadership team to build out service offerings, refine processes, and enhance program quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Certification in executive coaching, life coaching, leadership coaching, or related professional credential (ICF certification preferred but not required).
  • Experience coaching adults, teams, or leaders in organizational, business, or educational settings.
  • Strong understanding of communication styles, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and change management.
  • Ability to hold space for clients while also driving accountability and results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse industries, personality types, and leadership levels.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to lead workshops or trainings is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone excited to help build and grow a coaching program.
Compensation & Structure:

  • Part-time or full-time options available.
  • Competitive hourly or session-based pay (commensurate with training and experience).
  • Opportunities to run workshops, organizational trainings, and contract partnerships.
  • Flexible scheduling, with both virtual and in-person work available.
  • Supportive team environment with room for growth as the coaching division expands.
Why Join TLC Wellness:

  • A mission-driven organization committed to making mental health and personal growth accessible.
  • A chance to shape a growing coaching program from the ground up.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with therapists, evaluators, school districts, businesses, and community organizations.
  • A culture that values autonomy, creativity, and the unique strengths each professional brings.
