Title: Front End Developer

Location: Newark, NJ Hybrid 3 days

Duration: 12 months Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure consistent design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to development best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Work with APIs and integrate front-end logic with back-end systems.
• Stay current with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and front-end integration patterns.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
• Understanding of performance optimization and front-end debugging.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
