Job Description

We are looking for experienced supers that can perform ground-up build’s with site-work in the range of $2M - $10M.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinating activities among workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
• Review and understand construction estimates and budgets .
• Maintain accurate project documentation utilizing basic computer skills
• Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and timelines for project milestones.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all materials meet project specifications and quality standards before use on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
