Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for an Interior Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-family. The candidate must possess excellent design skills and be able to take on various roles and challenges. Candidate must also possess the ability to produce breathtaking presentations for client submittals. We are looking for someone with lots of initiative who can be able to take on various projects forward with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Highly proficient in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Must be able to express ideas both visually and verbally.
• Initiative to anticipate problems and find solutions/must be an organized self-starter.
• Be able to work on all phases of design (Schematic & Interior Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration).
• Be knowledgeable in FF&E Production/Millwork drawings and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate and follow through with Consultants and Vendors from all trades involved in project.
• Knowledge of building/ADA codes.
