General Laborer - Equipment Operator

Timings- 6.30AM to 6.30PM/6.30PM to 6.30AM (Rotating Shift)

Duration - 12 months with possible extension

Location - 4455 Atherton Drive, Salt Lake City, UT, USA, 84123

Position Description:

The Equipment Operator will perform simple, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation and will operate machines that require a low level of attentiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Keep work area and equipment clean
• Able to read and understand procedures
• Responsible for safe operation of equipment in accordance with Company standards and procedures
• Operates machines, jigs and fixtures to produce good quality products at established run rates
• Reads and interprets gauges and dials as required on equipment
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished product
• Able to learn to operate simple machines quickly and easily

Education Required:

• High school diploma/GED

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Use solvents, glue, or solder
• Must be able to perform visual inspections with and without the aid of magnification tools
• Must be able to repetitively move and lift objects of up to 20 lbs
