Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Watertown, WI

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques to improve equipment performance.
- Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
- Support continuous improvement through equipment modifications and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and USDA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to enhance reliability and performance.
Shift:
2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and steam generation systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical understanding; PLC experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work a weekend rotation and occasional overtime.
