The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This entry to mid-level position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience in wellness, healthcare, or membership services. You’ll guide prospective clients through our premium programs and convert interest into long-term memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients from inbound leads, events, and referrals.
• Conduct consultations (in person and by phone) to explain Thrive services, membership options, and pricing.
• Convert qualified leads into members while delivering a supportive, high-touch client experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly membership and package sales targets.
• Partner with marketing and clinical teams to plan promotional events and campaigns.
• Represent Thrive by HeartWell at local health fairs, wellness events, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (wellness, healthcare, or membership-based programs a plus).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients reach their goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $38,000–$45,000 per year based on experience plus uncapped sales commissions

(On-Target Earnings: $6,000–$8,000+ per month)

• Commission: Performance-based commissions.

At target performance, commissions can typically range from $2,500–$4,500 per

month , with top performers exceeding this.
