Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Designer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic storytelling and visual innovation , and who is passionate about using motion graphics to advance conservative values and shape public discourse.

You’ll be responsible for leading the design and execution of high-quality motion content — from concept to delivery — across a wide range of platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling visual narratives, create animated graphics, and elevate our digital presence with cinematic polish and creative precision.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design plans that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
• Edit raw video footage and integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the strategic vision of projects.
• Collaborate with content strategists, editors, and designers to ensure cohesive and impactful visual messaging.
• Optimize content for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Stay current on political trends, cultural moments, and digital design innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing work — especially in political, cultural, or advocacy spaces.
• 5+ years of experience in motion design or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D (a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Deep alignment with conservative values and a passion for shaping narratives that matter.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or media production.
• Background in journalism, communications, or digital marketing.
• Skills in sound design, voiceover editing, or interactive media.
