NetSuite Report Writer Job Description

The NetSuite Report Writer will be a pivotal member of the Operations team responsible for designing and building reports using saved searches and NSAW

Responsibilities

• Design and build reports using formulas and merging data across multiple transaction types and Inventory items
• Design and build reports using NSAW
• Provide recommendations on the best options for generating reports
• Troubleshoot problems with reports
• Have a strong understanding of NetSuite, transaction types, their different status and inventory items

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of NSAW experience writing reports that merge Inventory items and transaction types.
• Experience writing reports for companies that have hundreds of thousands of matrix items and assembly items
• Experience writing reports that merge data from different transaction types with different status types and matric items and assembly items
• Must be able to capture report requires and submit for review in a Technical Design Document
• Working with large data sets
• High attention to detail and must be able to react quickly to changing demands.
• Passionate about learning and mastering new business systems and looking for creative problem-solving solutions.
• Must be customer oriented and driven to exceed expectations.
• Must be flexible, and when needed, willing to take on unassigned tasks to ensure continual progress.
• Experience in using project management and presentation tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of external and internal teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of working concurrently on multiple projects
• Must be able to self-manage, work independently and prioritize daily schedules, and work effectively collaboratively with remote client stakeholders and internal teams.
