Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll requests, payroll checks, and W-2 review and approval
• Manage state-specific payroll reporting and maintain Unicap spreadsheets
• Oversee expatriate tax processes to ensure accurate compliance
Benefits Administration
• Lead ACA administration, including updating and reviewing ACA forms prior to annual distribution
• Take a central role in annual open enrollment, including system setup, vendor coordination, materials review, and employee support
• Prepare and deliver annual open enrollment presentations
• Maintain and update the monthly benefits spreadsheet
• Oversee benefits vendor invoice processing, including reconciliation and accuracy checks
• Lead benefits communications and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
Leave & Compliance
• Oversee leave of absence management to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Support Workers’ Compensation activities, including documentation and audit preparation
• Manage and respond to audit requests related to payroll, benefits, and compliance
Financial & Administrative Support
• Process and manage invoices related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, payroll standards, and benefit administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
