Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Elizabeth City, NC . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join our Patient Service Center in Elizabeth City, NC. This is a full-time, onsite role for a motivated individual with strong phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and a passion for patient care. You'll be part of a small, supportive team, serving a wide patient population from pediatric to geriatric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on adult and geriatric patients (ages 18–90).
• Process collected specimens according to the standards.
• Operate independently in a doctor’s office environment (no chart access).
• Manage approximately 15–35 draws per day, depending on patient volume.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused approach to service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience
• Comfortable working with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Must have color vision.
• Willing to train at an alternate site for 1–2 weeks.

Additional Information:

• Location: Elizabeth City, NC
• Job Type: 13-week contract
• Pay Range : $17 - $19 hourly
• Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
