Commercial Plumber - Tampa

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a reputable mechanical contractor in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing installations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance across ground-up and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fixtures, and piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform layout, fabrication, and installation of piping systems (copper, PVC, cast iron, etc.).
• Conduct testing of systems for leaks, flow, pressure, and compliance.
• Collaborate with foremen, superintendents, and GC teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain adherence to local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide practical on-site solutions.
• Mentor apprentices/labourers where needed.
