Job Description

Position Overview

The RAN Deployment Project Manager will oversee large-scale Radio Access Network deployments, managing the project lifecycle from site development through close-out. This role requires daily presence at the Clients Dallas office (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) except when traveling to customer market locations.

Minimum 5 years of experience driving Radio Access Network deployments on large, complex projects (from Site Development through Close-Out).70% of the job includes site acquisition and construction activities including zoning and permitting.

Candidates with 10+ years of experience and prior Nokia experience may be eligible for remote work (U.S.-based only, subject to approval).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface toward the customer for all activities and issues related to assigned projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships , ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints, coordinate with the Customer Team, and develop response plans.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and ensure all agreed actions are completed.
  • Plan and manage projects to meet cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ) objectives.
  • Ensure full alignment with Mode of Operation (MoO) and PM methodology .
  • Oversee project financials, forecasts, and deliverables across products and services.
  • Manage contract execution , including scope changes, handover processes, and acceptance activities.
  • Maintain high-quality project data in all relevant tools and repositories.
  • Lead risk management efforts and apply best practices and lessons learned throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support pre-sales and sales activities when required.
  • Deliver projects within approved budgets and profitability forecasts.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction and quality objectives are met.
  • Lead the project team and manage project closure, ensuring documentation, post-calculation, and lessons learned are completed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving Radio Access Network deployments on large, complex projects (from Site Development through Close-Out).
  • Proven understanding of Nokia radio systems .
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex deployments and deliver results across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of telecom deployment experience.
  • Previous Nokia experience .
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
