What You’ll Do:
• Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing.
• Track deadlines, coordinate inspections, appraisals, title/escrow, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

• Coordinate vendors for pre-listing activities such as inspections, staging, photography, and cleaning.
• Serve as a central point of contact for clients, agents, vendors, and partners, providing consistent updates and guidance.
• Oversee CRM activity, client records, and reporting to support lead management and follow-up.
• Support marketing efforts, including listings, events, email campaigns, social media, and printed materials.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems; strong skills in Google Workspace and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
