Integrity Rise Management , a high-growth, fast-paced, resident-centric property management company, is recruiting for a Regional Manager; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.
In this role, you will oversee the operations and performance of a property portfolio within your assigned region, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with all laws and regulations. Leading a team of property managers, you’ develop and implement property-specific strategies and ensure profitability and tenant satisfaction across your region.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Charleston, WV area. This role is remote, with significant travel within your assigned region to visit properties (50-100% travel). Some non-local travel to attend company meetings and events is also required.
