Your new role
As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple affordable housing communities. Initially, you will focus on HACLA-regulated properties, with the role evolving to include mixed HACLA/LIHTC communities. You will lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with HUD and other housing programs, manage budgets, and maintain high occupancy standards.
