Title: Registered Nurse RN – GI/Endoscopy

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: GI/Endoscopy

Location: Evanston, IL

Schedule: Full-time, Days, 7am–4pm, occasional Saturdays

Pay: $36–$55.80/hr base + full benefits (medical, dental, vision options, tuition reimbursement, paid parking, HSA, retirement options, PTO, and holiday pay)

The GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse provides holistic care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures (such as colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs). Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering sedation and medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians, educating patients and families on procedures and diet, and managing post-procedure recovery to ensure stability and safety. The RN acts as a patient advocate, manages the procedure environment, and collaborates with the care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Current (or ability to obtain) Illinois RN licensure
• New grads accepted; conscious sedation, critical care, ER, med/surg, or telemetry experience highly preferred
