Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply the Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition.
• Partner with patients, families, and care teams to achieve care goals.
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.
• Serve as a mentor/preceptor to support nursing staff development and professional growth.
• Promote evidence-based practice , participate in data collection, and support clinical research initiatives.
• Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum and contribute to protocol development for best outcomes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse.
• RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS & ACLS Certification (instructor or provisional acceptable)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s required; BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively in emergencies
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Competent in clinical technology and documentation.
