The Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s health and safety programs. This role serves as the primary safety authority for field operations and ensures compliance with OSHA/other mandatory federal standards, and client-specific safety requirements.
The Safety Manager will work closely with operations leadership and field crews to identify hazards, implement effective controls, conduct training, investigate incidents, and foster a strong safety culture across all job sites. This role requires frequent interaction with customers, regulators, and insurance partners and must balance operational realities with uncompromising safety standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular field presence, direct involvement in high-hazard activities (confined space entry, hazardous materials, etc.), and the ability to make real-time safety decisions.
