Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Product Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a high-impact Product Analytics team within a fast-scaling digital marketplace business. This role is focused on understanding product performance, analyzing user funnel conversions, and influencing product strategy through actionable data insights and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze product engagement and funnel performance, uncovering key trends and drivers
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track product health and conversion metrics
• Conduct opportunity sizing and forecasting to support strategic product decisions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive data-informed roadmaps
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to analytics best practices and continuous data process improvements
Key Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in product, e-commerce, or digital consumer environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Python or R experience preferred)
• Experience with experimentation, statistical analysis, and product performance measurement
• Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Snowflake
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business impact
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid, fast-paced, agile environment
