Our Turnersville team is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Manager to help lead our crew and keep our restaurant running smoothly.

Position Overview

As a Shift Manager , you’ll be responsible for managing daily operations during your shift, ensuring that team members deliver outstanding service, maintain high food quality, and follow all company standards. You’ll lead by example, fostering a positive team environment and helping crew members grow in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift paperwork accurately.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with ordering and deliveries.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Managers with day-to-day operations.
• Uphold all company policies, food safety regulations, and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience required; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
