We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Vehicle team and help drive the next generation of collectible design. 

Position Overview:  As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the design efforts for our die-cast vehicle graphics, ensuring each project meets our high aesthetic standards and aligns with our brand strategy. You will collaborate with licensors and work alongside international teams to create cohesive, impactful designs that resonate in global markets. 

This role requires following direction from managers and directors while adhering to company rules, development guidelines, and established workflows that reflect our culture and creative process. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and oversee graphic designs for die-cast and R/C vehicles, ensuring quality and brand consistency. 
• Serve as the primary liaison for licensors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. 
• Collaborate with international teams to align design strategies and project timelines. 
• Represent Jada Toys Inc. at industry trade shows, including SEMA, San Diego Comic-Con, Fuel Fest, and Anime Expo, showcasing our products and gathering insights on market trends. 
• Accept and apply constructive criticism as part of the creative process, demonstrating a commitment to growth, improvement, and alignment with our team’s standards. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly, and projects move faster than typical industry timelines. 

Qualifications:  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or graphic design, preferably in the toy or entertainment industry. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners. 
• A keen understanding of market trends and the flexibility to adapt designs to meet evolving consumer preferences. 

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $95,000 per year
