About the Role

We are seeking skilled Vehicle Wrap Technicians to support a high‑volume automotive production environment. In this role, you will perform high‑quality vinyl wrap installations on vehicles, ensuring precision, durability, and a clean finish. Candidates should have hands‑on experience in custom car wrapping and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full‑vehicle and partial vinyl wrap installations
  • Prep surfaces including cleaning, disassembly of trim, and layout of materials
  • Apply vinyl with accuracy, ensuring proper alignment, stretching, and adhesion
  • Utilize industry tools such as heat guns, squeegees, cutting tools, and wrap‑specific equipment
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
  • Remove existing wraps and make wrap repairs when necessary
  • Meet production timelines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands‑on vehicle wrap experience
  • Experience with vinyl brands and materials (3M, Avery Dennison, XPEL, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of wrap techniques, including:
  • Surface prep
  • Edge finishing
  • Post‑heat procedures
  • Cutting/trimming on body panels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment
  • Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and prolonged standing
  • No degree required

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
  • Automotive detailing, tinting, or ceramic coating
  • Experience in custom shops, wrap studios, or auto‑restyling shops
  • Experience removing vehicle trim, badges, or panels for cleaner wrap results
