Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurately processing payroll for construction employees while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations. This role requires deep knowledge of construction payroll, prevailing wage laws, certified payroll reporting, and union requirements. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience working in a fast-paced construction environment, and the ability to manage complex payroll scenarios across multiple job sites.
