Job Title: Project Management Manager

Location: Richardson, TX, 75082

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Shift: Hours: M-F 8-5 pm (support global team) may need to be flexible to accommodate

Hybrid- Tuesday Thursday in office

Summary:

As a Project Management Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

Resource's typical working day:

• Leading projects such as security and infrastructure as well as on the construction side
• Leading from chick off to high level milestone tracking
• Working with the global teams
• Provide weekly status updates to take holders
• Budgets will have already been approved and not a part of this project manager role.
• Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.

Years of Experience needed : 5+ Years of experience is required they must have lead IT projects in the past

Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree is required

Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft office suite is required

Top Nice to have Skills: Service now, MS suite, and PowerBI would be preferred
