Climbing trees to perform pruning and removals
Pruning to ANSI A300 standards for health and structure
Performing technical removals using controlled rigging
Operating chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
Identifying tree health issues, defects, pests, and disease
Working closely with ground crew to keep jobs safe and efficient
Maintaining climbing gear and equipment
Required
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Willing to earn a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (within 90 days)
Nice to Have
Arboriculture or landscaping experience
ISA Certified Arborist or VT Pesticide License
Experience with technical rigging and removals
