Job Description

My client are a succesful general contractor who have undertaken significant growth since their initial inception.

One of their key focuses is within the Multi-Family sector where they work on large scale projects.

They are currently looking for a Assistant Project Manager for a large scale project in Palm beach County.

Key Experience

• Experience in construction management, with exposure to ground-up projects (multi-family experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety standards
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop into a Project Management role

Key Duties

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing ground-up construction projects
• Assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
• Help track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to maintain project flow
• Monitor safety compliance and support quality control processes
• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and maintain effective communication across all teams
