As a Design Engineer, you’ll be part of a team that designs and delivers open-web steel joists and steel deck systems used in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings across the Midwest.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Passed (or planning to take) the FE exam.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
