Title: Director of Information Technology and Information Security

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Department: Finance

Reports to: SVP of Finance

Salary: $150,000-180,000 + bonus

Date: 6/2025

Job Summary:

The Director of IT and Information Security is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the IT function at Beat Box Beverages. This role is also responsible for the strategy, governance, and technical delivery to support Information Security. You will lead the overall IT strategy. You will build, develop, and retain key talent in IT. You will manage outsource partners, and act as a key partner to the Executive Leadership Team. The Director of IT and Information Security will be successful by accelerating our focus areas. Those focus areas are building stronger foundational technology capabilities, reducing complexity, integrating current systems, and designing technology pillars to fuel our next phase of growth. He or she will also ensure robustness of information security governance, controls, and best practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding the performance of team members within the assigned department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals,
• Develop appropriate standards for system needs consistent with the growth of the company,
• Direct system upgrades, recommend new solutions, and prepare business continuity plans and processes
• Establish and report on IT project KPIs.
• Maintain objectives within an annual budget, capital and operating.

Education/Experience:

7+ years of IT leadership experience with progressive levels of leadership Education background reflecting senior level role (BA/BA with Masters level a plus) Experience with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics business scenarios and supporting systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.) Experience in Food and Beverage industry vertical a plus Experience leading all aspects of IT with a proven track record of improving effectiveness, customer service, and organization perception of IT Experience with IT project/portfolio management, budget management, vendor management, and strategy development Experience leading an Information Security Program Excellent soft skills and mature emotional intelligence Experience managing a diverse mix of people and partners Proven track record of IT delivery in support of rapidly going company Is able to balance competing demands and shape demands to ensure effective delivery

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
