As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategy and ensure a seamless, engaging shopping experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and optimize the Birth of Royal Child online store and marketplace presence.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
• Analyze performance data to strengthen conversions, sales, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements across all digital platforms.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and service providers.

What We’re Looking For

• at least 5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
• Understanding of digital marketing, UX, and customer-journey best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
