Spencer & Spencer Enterprises in Columbia, SC is looking for two-three evening cleaning specialist to join our 20-person strong team. These positions will be located at the Department of Juvenile Justice off of Broad River and Shivers Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Follow scope of work to assure all daily, weekly, and monthly task are completed
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect all buildings, vacuum all floor types and mop
• Wipe and clean all horizontal surfaces and glass windows, entryways and mirrors
• Restock toiletries, soap, and paper towel dispensers
• Empty all trash receptacles and replace can liners
• Maintain all cleaning supplies
• High dust up to 10' feet and check for cobwebs
• Use only ECOLAB branded cleaning chemicals
• Provide great customer service
• Be reliable, trustworthy, and have a since of pride about what we do

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, able to commute to and from each building site
• Ability to work as a team
• Able to pass a drug and background check
• Able to communicate
• Ability to think critically
• Schedule flexibility
• Positive attitude
• Self-reliant and motivated
• Possess a great work ethic
