Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water supply systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations.
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on projects.

Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing license.
• Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
