We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm looking to increase its talented ranks of support staff by adding a No-Fault Claims Adjuster with 5+ years of experience working on no-fault claims in the state of New York.
Successful Candidate
The successful candidate must have an understanding and experience of Regulation 68 with an emphasis on regulatory time frames. Understanding of New York No-Fault Arbitration and the No-Fault Claims process is required. Must be a true team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
The candidate must be proficient in inputting and identifying information that pertains to new claims in a timely and accurate manner. Duties include:
