🔍 What You’ll Do
✨ Manage full-cycle recruiting for nurses and clinical professionals — from sourcing to onboarding.
🤝 Partner with hospitals, health systems, and internal teams to deliver top-tier candidates.
🤖 Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, ClickUp, and more!) to supercharge sourcing, outreach, and engagement.
🌐 Build talent pipelines through creative networking, digital sourcing, and community partnerships.
🎓 Represent Agoras Health at regional events, nursing schools, and job fairs .
📊 Track recruiting metrics and continuously refine your strategy for impact and efficiency.
✅ What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
💼 3+ years of nurse or clinical recruiting experience (bonus points for hospitals, health systems, or startups).
🧠 Skilled in ClickUp, ChatGPT, Claude , and other AI-driven recruiting tools.
💬 Stellar communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
⚡ Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment .
📍 Based near Charlottesville, VA , or open to regional travel.

💻 Experience in health tech startups or digital health companies .
🏥 Familiarity with telehealth recruiting or remote clinical staffing.
📜 Certifications like SHRM, AIRS, or CHCR .
