Recruiting Coordinator

This is a highly visible position where you’ll play a key role in supporting our Recruiting team. We’re seeking someone proactive, resourceful, and energized by a fast-paced environment, someone who brings a strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through to everything they do.

What you will be doing:
• Providing seamless administrative support to the recruiting team and directors
• Updating internal databases with job orders, candidate information, and new business leads
• Collecting, tracking, and reporting the team’s daily and weekly activity
• Writing clear and compelling job descriptions to share with candidates
• Utilizing applicant tracking systems and managing accurate data entry
• Conducting thorough reference checks and coordinating background checks
• Partnering with Compliance on onboarding paperwork and processes
• Assisting with scheduling via Outlook
• Supporting the recruiting team with sourcing talent, as needed
• Assisting with payroll and timesheets alongside the Payroll Director
Who we are seeking:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong writing skills
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
• Creative, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
