Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Must already reside in Southern CA)
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Compensation: W2 only $65.00 to 84.00 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in a multi-campus academic environment. This role is for a hands-on developer who thrives on building scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions. You'll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying custom applications and integrations that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and formula fields to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage security models including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Build and maintain Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals to enhance user engagement and collaboration.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components , and other Salesforce tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow.
• Write efficient, bulk-safe Apex triggers and classes , following best practices for performance and scalability.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all development work.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rotation, resolving production issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Agentforce or similar AI-enhanced platforms is a plus, especially for automation and intelligent workflows.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Lightning Web Components .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in off-hours support as needed.
