A large healthcare organization in the Midwest area is preparing for a major phase of an Epic implementation and is seeking multiple Epic Credential Trainers to support upcoming training and go-live activities. This initiative will focus heavily on inpatient workflows and end-user education across a variety of Epic modules.

This is a high-visibility, fast-moving engagement with strong demand for experienced Epic trainers who thrive in large-scale implementations.

• Deliver classroom and workflow-based Epic training to clinical and operational end users
• Support training development, delivery, and reinforcement during a major implementation wave
• Partner with application teams, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders
• Assist with go-live preparation and onsite support as needed
• Adapt training approach to multiple Epic modules based on background and certification

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Epic training experience in a healthcare setting
• Active Epic certification or credential in at least one Epic module
• Prior Epic implementation, upgrade, or optimization experience
• Strong understanding of clinical and/or operational workflows
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract environment
• Willingness to work onsite
