Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire a LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit and residential program supporting youth in crisis. Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with RN Supervisor to deliver high quality care.
• Provide direct support and supervision to youth in crisis stabilization and residential settings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Address medical, physical and dental needs; complete intake screenings.
• Support behavioral health plans and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health and safety standards.

Must haves:

• LVN or LPN license OR Psychiatric Technician certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.

Plusses:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Experience working with pediatric young or teens.
• CPR certification

Compensation:

$36/hr to $38/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
