Nouis Home Care is a licensed assisted living community located in downtown Little Falls, MN. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Nursing and lead our daily clinical operations. This role offers exceptional flexibility and can be structured as either a full-time leadership position or a highly attractive secondary role for an RN currently working in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting.

✅ No long-term care background? Training will be provided.

The Director of Nursing provides clinical leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and helps drive quality outcomes for our residents.

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations
• Maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with MDH and DHS regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams
• Monitor resident outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Promote a positive, professional, team-oriented culture

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfort with electronic health records (we use Residex )
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required — training provided

• Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options
